Donald Trump Hired the Wrong Person!!!
I have never seen a more horrible act of selfishness in my life. It was simply awful. It’s the kind of thing that you watch and just feel ill. The booing that insued was well earned by Randall.
During the final board room, Trump made it clear that both players, Rebecca and Randall were superstars. And in all fairness they were. Both were excellent players. In the end Trump choose Randall to be his “Apprentice”.
He then asked Randall what he thought about giving Rachel a job as well. Randall replied, “This is the apprentice, not the apprenti.” Thus closing the door on a possible win-win for everyone.
It was a poor move for the uber-educated winner. Instead of going out on a positive note, he tainted his win and created mixed/ill feeling towards himself. Dumb move smart guy.
It was even more suprising that Trump simply went along with this… I was half expecting him to fire Randall for such a poor answer and give Rebecca the job. Oh well, I guess I dont think like “The Donald”…

Randall won fair and square. I was happy that Randall had the presence of mind to come back with what he said. He was like “Mr. Trump, Mr. Trump, Mr. Trump… probably not believing what he heard, feeling awkward about what he was about to say. People reacted by being disappointed with him, which is not really fair, since he should not have been put in that position as the winner. The winner deserves more respect than that.
This just proves that he’s tough as nails, and he had nothing to lose by making a decision with his best interest in mind (to be the winner). Sure his decision was unpopular, and the timing was awkward. Great leaders don’t just fold because something is unpopular!
I loved seeing Trump’s face kind of slump with disappointment as he reluctantly accepted Randall’s answer, and the crowd booing like it was a damn popularity contest. Save it for American Idol. This final twist was a perfect ending.

I just feel that Randal is a little selfish.
I think Randal is not as good as Rebecca from the series except his degrees.
In my memory of the competations of the past, it is always Rebecaa stepped up to take the pressure.
On the contrary, Randal was blamed more than twice for his flabbiness.
And I also think he is not as honest as Rebecca.
He is very foxy.
I don’t like Randal at all.
If I were D.Trump, I would bring out a bigger drama. I would reply Randal like this:
Since it is a very tough call, so just now was the final test.
Sorry, Randal, you are fired!
Congs, Rebecca, you are the apprentice!

Rosetta Hawkins: Color has nothing to do with what I posted. I tthink Randall is a VERY well educated person and deserved the job. For the entire season Rebecca and Randall were respectful of each others abilities and at the end to do what he was a major shock. It was selfish and wrong.

This race card stuff is making me ill… Bill beat Kwame in season one because Kwame did not handle the Omarosa factor. I think he blew it by letting her sabatoge him. In this latest season, both canidates were EXCELLENT regardless of RACE, CREED, COLOR, RELIGON, GENDER, SEXUAL PREFERENCE, etc. In this particular case, hiring both would have been completely appropriate. And if Trump was being racist, then why did he HIRE an African-American??
